We were the only two patrons at the counter, however the two workers were busy talking to each other, so much so that apparently we were not important enough for either one to acknowledge us or take our order. Waited for about 5 minutes, then left without ever being looked at even though we were only a few feet away. This is why places like Dutch Brothers are super busy and have lines down the street. They know how to make customers feel welcome. Mendo Cookie Co., the only coffee shop I've ever asked myself "am I dead?".
